 Single plane vs. dual plane carb calibration?

Have a carb set up to be good on a 385 ci. sb with a dual plane, carb will be going on a 421 with a single plane.
What changes if any will be required to the carb? Carb is a Qjet.

Very well may need some jetting or metering rod changes. Good time to invest in an O2 system.

Engine will be going on dyno in the near future, I just wanted to have an idea of what to expect.
