Well looks like I won't be testing this carburetor for a while, from all indications I think one of the intake lobes may be wiped I can turn over the engine and the intake rocker is not opening the intake valve. So this engine will be sitting in the corner until I can get some more parts.

What a bummer. I hope you caught it before any serious damage happened. Might be just a boogered push rod. I don't suppose a cam for that Ford V-6 is as easy to come by as a brand C V-8.

I can see the pushrod and the top of the lifter and it looks fine,I also pumped the oil out and I do not see any metal in the oil.And I already have two other roller cams one is even fire the other is pretty big with over .800 lift on the intake.

Just to double check in this carburetor's jetting I went down to 78 jetting squared and the O2 is still only 12.8 or so and the plugs are still black with carbon. So should I still be lowering the jetting or should I be opening up some of the emulsion and high speed bleed restrictions to get this thing to go leaner. Are if I install a sheet metal intake with more plenum area to get more air going through this runners. Also when I put the engine back together it will have a lot larger camshaft over .800 lift and 278@.050 intake duration and 292@.050 exhaust.

You should probably revisit the idle circuit transition tuning, IJ, IAB, TSR, etc.
