 Pump is heating fuel

Block mount Mech fuel pump is heating the fuel. Can't use an iso adapter atm because of a drain line into the metal adapter, I may move it later. Just looking for ideas to help cool fuel other than cool-can.

Maybe a marine bilge blower and some hose, blow cool air on it.

Heat is more ambient than I thought, finally rem to check something and reg was actually cooler than a alum small bracket riveted to the fiberglass fender. The alum bracket was too hot tah hold onto after a long drive and it's nowhere near a heat source.

How do you define "nowhere near a heat source"? The Sun is 93,000,000 miles from here.

Nope not ambient confirmed it's the pump, finally used one of those temp guns instead of my hand LOL
