That's OK, you've found the limit. You have to understand the adjustment of the idle jet and idle air bleed are done to control the transition slot fuel and the duration the t-slot operates. Idle obviously gets it's fuel from the same source, but since the engine load is lower at idle it needs less fuel, and so we use the mixture screws to further lean it out. If you set up the idle jet and bleed to properly feed the t-slot idle will almost always fall in place with the turn of the mixture screws, assuming the rest of the engine is in reasonably good tune.
