The part-throttle burble is usually (but not always) from being too rich. Does it still have .037" Idle Jet in the high position?

No I went down to .025 however changing IAB or MAB did not have any effect on the part throttle "burble"

1........ is ...... the ..... idle jet .... in .... the .... high ..... or ....... low ........ position......?

High = bad ....... Low = good

2.......... is the idle jet .025".....? If so, that might be a little on the small side and may need IAB smaller than .060" ........

Not sure I'm following you...but the outer air bleeds are .086 and the inner air bleeds are .025 (as you suggested earlier)

Originally the carb came with .076 idle bleeds and would only get a good throttle response with no hesitation until 1.5 turns out on mixture screws. I went up to .086 on idle bleeds and throttle response was much improved and was able to get 2 full turns out on screws then. When you suggested changing my high speed bleeds over to .025 that was also a marked improvement along with jetting up a few #'s it's running the best it has other than this annoying stumble
