Could folks share some of their methods of mounting their loggers?
I use an LM1 with Auxbox and I'd like to do two things.
First, have a secure setup for road racing or autocrossing.
Second, have way to install both into other people's cars. Preferably without drilling holes in their classic resto, hotrod, or racer.

My current method is not even close to good enough for my own purposes.
Auxbox goes on on the passenger side floor. Velcro on carpet seems to work pretty well. MAP comes through the firewall using late 80s vacuum hardline (there's an old hole from dealer a/c that I boxed up years ago).
LM1 sits on the seat with all the wires going back and wrapping under the seat (power, serial) or going out the passenger door (WBO2). This makes it easy to access the buttons, but it moves around way too much even on the street.

I put my LM-1 and AuxBox in circle track (asphalt and dirt) and road race cars (rain) by putting them inside a plastic case with some foam rubber (like a little satchel with latches some I forget what tool came in) and strap it to the car with ratchet straps or bungee cords. All my Innovate gizmos, LM-1, LM-2, DL-32, AuxBox, SSI-4’s, TC-4’s, etc, etc, have Velcro on them. In dry weather on the road course I just use Velcro with my DL-32 and it has always worked OK. The accelerometers improve the lap times more than tuning the engine because they are the best driver tuning tool ever.

Thanks. That gives me some much better ideas. I had been imagining a wood board with the boxes screwed to it.

I'd hoped to take advantage of the accelerometers, but haven't yet. It was one reason I bought the auxbox. That and the built in MAP.
