 Logging voltage with pocket logger?

I have a Autometer wide band in my car, & I want to log it. It has a voltage output but I'm not sure how to hook it to a pocket logger.
The output is 2 wires & the logger has 4, just don't want to break it.

Do you mean an Innovate Pocket Logger? It is a recorder to log the serial output from Innovate serial chain devices. You need an Innovate device with analog inputs, like an SSI-4 or LMA-3 Aux Box to transpose the voltage signal to digital. An MTX-L would make this too easy. Or, are you calling an LM-2 a Pocket Logger because it records to the SD card?

Yes this. http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/products/pl1.php
Can it be done through a LM-1 rpm converter?

You can use the RPM Converter if you connect it to, and record with the, LM-1. To use the Pocket Logger you need this SSI-4 http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/products/ssi_4.php

What is the analog voltage output range of the gauge you are using?

The SSI-4 has 0-5V input range, though a voltage divider resistor network can be used to modify a voltage signal that is higher than that, such as charging system voltage, so it can be recorded in a 0-5V range.

0 - 4 volts
0 = 10-1 afr
4 = 17-1 afr

Yea ya know I do have a MTX-L I think that's the one I have, I would make more sense to swap it out.

You can record the MTX-L directly to the Pocket Logger with the serial connection, that's what the Pocket Logger is for. I guess you realize that?

Yes I do, I was hoping for the easy out & not have to change the gauge. Nothing with this hobby is easy though. :w00t:
