I am wanting to know what is the true octane of this fuel and does anyone see any problems with using it with small nitrous kit (150-200 shot).

Mark it is a 10 to 1 555 BBC dart pro 1 head. How about a 11 to 1 383 SBC with Brodix heads.

Should be fine, just be conservative with timing until you make runs. Too much timing is the killer more than not enough octane.

Add some MMT to it. Amsoil, Berryman's, Lucas, Outlaw, or any brand which has MMT listed in the ingredients. An ounce to five gallons. Been using a bottle of Amsoil in each55 gallon drum for years with good results. Retarding timing and using cold spark plugs is your best tuning strategy. NGK 9 heat range or colder. 9 should be OK up to 300 HP bump. Like Mark said, conservative timing is safest.

Tuner what does the MMT do to the fuel.
I have heard of adding some lube to it like marvel mystery oil because of the fuel being dryer that other high octane fuel.
We are pulling 8-10 degrees from 36 total one a 200 hp shot with ngk -9 plugs.
Reading the plugs after each run.

No lube, MMT boosts octane.

Tuner, what is real octane of LL100 av gas by it self and when adding the lucas octane booster with the MMT.
What are the tuning differences between E10 93 octane super unleaded vs the LL100 with the MMT added.

The answer is in this thread if you can identify the wheat from the chaff. One of the posters works in a refinery. You should be able to see which it is by what he says. Another has info from a fuel chemist or lab technician involved with the old Torco outfit.

You should use whatever fuel pleases your engine builder.
